BST promotes dental care, operates a mobile medical unit, and supports the "Healthy Under the Umbrella of Phra Baromathat" health project.

On June 18, 2567 (2024), Bangkok Synthetics Public Company Limited (BST), led by Mr. Bussaba Boonman, Manager of Community Relations and Corporate Communications, participated in the "Healthy Under the Umbrella of Phra Baromathat" health project. This initiative, under the auspices of the Child Welfare Association of Thailand, was held with the support of a mobile medical unit providing dental care to 700 school children. The event took place from June 18-21, 2567 (2024) at Wat Ban Lang Community School, Rayong Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Katchai Thepvarachai, Deputy Governor of Rayong Province, with participation from various government agencies and private sectors contributing to the project.
